Spears Travel Consulting - Pricing & Process

  • Initial Budget Discussion: We'll start by discussing your budget based on your chosen destination, travel dates, and preferences.

  • Planning Fee: Our expert trip design service planning fee starts at $500+. This covers our insights and advice to create your ideal itinerary.

  • Bundled Package Pricing: Your itinerary will show a per-person price for a package that includes transfers, tours, and hotels.

  • Contract Rates: We receive pricing based on bundled contract rates from our partners, so we cannot provide an itemized cost breakdown.

  • Itinerary Adjustments: If the initial pricing doesn't fit your needs, your designer can discuss itinerary adjustments or offer a referral to another agency.

  • Air Travel: Airfare pricing and assistance will be quoted separately if you choose to work with us for flights.

  • Additional Revisions: More than three itinerary revisions will be billed at $50 per additional request, including cancellations.

  • Airline Ticketing Assistance: We can assist with airline ticketing for a fee ($60 domestic, $100 international), though many clients prefer to book on their own.

  • Last Minute Travel: For trips within 60 days, a $250 rush fee applies due to the extra time needed for availability checks (this is not guaranteed).

  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
